Q: Could you tell us what inspired you to start PepperTap?

Navneet Singh: The inspiration for PepperTap came from the idea of making grocery shopping a hassle-free experience. We realized that in today’s fast-paced world, people want the convenience of getting essentials delivered quickly. We wanted to create a platform that allows customers to get what they need without leaving their homes, helping them save time and effort.

Q: What were some of the initial challenges you faced in launching PepperTap?

Navneet Singh: There were definitely quite a few! Building an efficient logistics network for groceries was one of the biggest challenges. Unlike other products, groceries need to be handled carefully and delivered quickly. Managing inventory and ensuring fresh produce was available was also challenging. It took time and innovation to build a logistics model that could support our vision.

Navneet Singh: Our main focus has always been on speed and reliability. We aimed to get groceries to customers as quickly as possible, often within just a few hours.
